What we collect
Account details you give us when you open a business account: email address, display name, contact number and password (stored only as a hash).
Delivery details you save on your account: recipient name, optional business name, contact number, street, barangay, city or municipality, province, postal code and delivery notes.
Order records: the products, quantities and prices of each order, its status history, and the payment reference returned by our payment provider.
We never receive or store your card number, CVV or e-wallet credentials. Those are entered on the payment provider’s own hosted checkout.
Why we collect it
To create and secure your account, verify your email address and let you sign back in.
To take, confirm, deliver and invoice your orders, and to contact you about a specific order.
To meet the record-keeping duties that apply to us as a registered food manufacturer and seller in the Philippines.
How long we keep it
Account and delivery details are kept while your account is open, and are deleted within 30 days of you asking us to close it.
Order and payment records are kept for the period our tax and business records must be retained, and are then deleted or anonymised.
Sign-in sessions expire automatically; audit records of administrator actions are kept for one year.
Who processes it
We use a small number of service providers to run this site. Each one only receives what it needs for its part of the job.
Your choices
You can view and correct your account and delivery details from My page at any time.
To request a copy of your data, or its deletion, email allaboutfnbprod@gmail.com from your registered address. We answer within 15 working days.
