1. Who you are dealing with
This site is operated by All About F&B Products Corp., a company registered in the Philippines, selling its own products directly to trade customers.
By opening an account or placing an order you accept these terms.
2. Business accounts
Accounts are for businesses. You confirm that the registration details you give us are yours and current.
You are responsible for what happens under your sign-in. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access to it.
We may suspend an account that abuses trial pricing, resells sample packs, or gives false registration details.
3. Orders and prices
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm the order, not when you submit it.
Prices are quoted per pack and exclude VAT, which is added to your order. The price we charge is the price current at the moment we confirm your order.
If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price, we will contact you before confirming rather than cancel silently.
Minimum order quantities and route schedules are shown at checkout and form part of these terms.
4. Payment
Orders are paid online through our payment provider’s hosted checkout. We do not see or store your card or e-wallet credentials.
Unpaid orders are released back to stock after the payment window shown on your order page.
5. Delivery, risk and cold chain
Delivery windows are estimates that depend on the cold-chain route serving your address.
Risk passes to you on delivery. Please check the boxes on arrival — frozen goods that have visibly thawed must be refused at the door and reported the same day.
6. Shortages, damage and returns
Report shortages, damage or quality problems within 24 hours of delivery, with photos and the batch code on the box.
Because these are frozen food products, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns once the cold chain has left our control.
7. Liability
We are responsible for the products we make and for delivering what you ordered. We are not responsible for how the dough is stored, proved or baked once it is in your kitchen.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Philippine consumer and food safety law.
8. Changes to these terms
We post changes as a notice on this site before they take effect. Orders are governed by the terms in force when we confirmed them.
