Suggested use
Consider Monblanc as an additional option for a mixed café pastry menu.
Preparation
- Arrange the frozen pieces on a baking tray, leaving space between them.
- Preheat the oven to 195°C, then bake at 175°C for approximately 24–30 minutes.
- Cool on a rack before serving.
- Oven temperatures and times vary; adjust to your oven.
Storage
Keep frozen at -18°C or below in a sealed pack. Do not refreeze fully thawed dough. Use refrigerated, thawed portions on the same day.
