Supplied as frozen dough in 300g portions, with 10 pieces per pack.
Suggested use
Choose this 300g portion when planning a larger dough portion than the 180g option.
Preparation
- Thaw in a refrigerator at 0–4°C for 6–10 hours.
- Shape, then rest/proof at 24–26°C for approximately 60–90 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 230°C for approximately 20–25 minutes.
- Cool before serving.
- Oven temperatures and times vary; adjust to your oven.
Storage
Keep frozen at -18°C or below in a sealed pack. Do not refreeze fully thawed dough. Use refrigerated, thawed portions on the same day.
