What we do
We make frozen dough — pandesal, croissant, ensaymada, pizza, donut, puff and more — and sell it by the box to businesses that bake. Because we manufacture what we sell, the price you see is the factory price and the person you call about a batch is the person who made it.
Our customers are contract bakeries running six-day production, cafés baking a tray at a time, and canteens that need the same product every week without a bakery team.
How we work
Korean recipes, Philippine kitchens
Our formulations come from Korean bakery practice and are adjusted for the humidity, oven types and shelf conditions our customers actually work in.
Portioned so you skip a station
Dough arrives pre-proofed, pre-portioned or pre-filled. Most customers drop a prep station and a proofing cabinet from their line entirely.
Certified and inspected
HACCP-certified plant, FDA-PH registered, with Halal certification on selected SKUs. Certificates are available on request for your own permit filings.
One supplier, whole shelf
Dough, fillings, parchment and carrier boxes ship on the same delivery, so a small bakeshop can restock from a single order.
