Supplied as frozen dough in 70g portions, with 20 pieces per pack.
Suggested use
Add this Choco Croissant option to a mixed croissant selection. It is a separate item from Pain au Chocolat.
Preparation
- Arrange the frozen pieces on a baking tray, leaving space between them.
- Preheat the oven to 190°C, then bake at 170°C for approximately 18–22 minutes.
- Cool on a rack before serving.
- Oven temperatures and times vary; adjust to your oven.
Storage
Keep frozen at -18°C or below in a sealed pack. Do not refreeze fully thawed dough. Use refrigerated, thawed portions on the same day.
