Supplied as frozen dough in 125g portions, with 6 pieces per pack.

Suggested use

Plan an individual apple pie option for a café dessert menu.

Preparation

  1. Arrange the frozen pieces on a baking tray, leaving space between them.
  2. Preheat the oven to 205°C, then bake at 185°C for approximately 25–30 minutes.
  3. Cool on a rack before serving.
  4. Oven temperatures and times vary; adjust to your oven.

Storage

Keep frozen at -18°C or below in a sealed pack. Do not refreeze fully thawed dough. Use refrigerated, thawed portions on the same day.
