Supplied as frozen dough in 150g portions, with 9 pieces per pack.
Suggested use
Plan cinnamon roll servings for a coffee pairing or a mixed baked selection.
Preparation
- Thaw in a refrigerator at 0–4°C for 8–12 hours.
- Proof at 24–26°C for approximately 60–120 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 24–30 minutes.
- Cool before serving.
- Oven temperatures and times vary; adjust to your oven.
Storage
Keep frozen at -18°C or below in a sealed pack. Do not refreeze fully thawed dough. Use refrigerated, thawed portions on the same day.
